Live-In Care

Our speciality. One consistent, carefully matched carer lives in the home, offering one-to-one support across the day while taking planned breaks — so care fits comfortably around your loved one’s usual routine. Live-in care is a genuine alternative to a care home: familiar surroundings, full independence, and a companion who is always close by.

Visiting & Hourly Care

Not everyone needs round-the-clock support. Our visiting care provides help through pre-arranged visits at set times of the day — from one hour to several hours, daily or a few times a week. Ideal when someone is largely independent and only needs help with specific tasks or regular check-ins.

Home Nursing Care

For clients with medical needs, we arrange qualified nursing support in the comfort of home: wound care, injections, medication management, post-operative care and health monitoring. Care is planned around individual medical needs and coordinated with the family.

Holiday & Concierge Care

Discreet, concierge-style support for elderly visitors to Marbella and the Costa del Sol. From a few hours of daily assistance to full-day companionship — help around the accommodation, outings, meals out, beach days — so your loved ones can truly enjoy their holiday while you spend quality time together.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

Specialised, patient support that keeps daily life familiar and calm. A consistent carer, steady routines and genuine companionship make each day safer and less stressful — for your loved one and for the whole family.

Overnight & 24-Hour Care
